You’re invited to take a behind the scenes look and discover Detroit’s hidden treasures at The Parade Company Studio.  Step into a story land of color and fun as we get ready for one of Detroit’s most anticipated holiday events, America’s Thanksgiving Parade^®.

Wonder through a wonderland of fantasy and floats.  Marvel at the world’s largest collection of antique papier-mâché heads.  See the Costume Department where our characters come to life.  Meet award winning artisans who bring the magic to YOU!  With many more characters turning up every day!

The Parade Company, in partnership with Eastern Michigan University, has developed an education program for the Studio Tours Program.  Developed by EMU professors, Curriculum guides for grades PreK-5 are now available for download for educators.

These curriculum units are meant to give lesson plan ideas and educational talking points for student before, during and after your tour of the Parade Studio.
